Jessica was born and raised in Davenport and graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2013 with a degree in Music Education. She has taught in Quad City schools for the last 10+ years, including Rivermont Collegiate, Alleman High School, and Lourdes Catholic School. She teaches private piano and woodwind lessons from her home, as well as being an accompanist and judge for local area schools. Jessica has also played in various local music ensembles in the past, including Quad City Youth Symphony Orchestra, Quad City Wind Ensemble, and Tuba Christmas.
She’s been lucky enough to know Jesus since she was a child, and has had a faithful walk with him as her Savior since she can remember. She loves to share her love for all things music with a biblical perspective, and has felt a calling to nurture that same faithful passion for music in children. Her life verse is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”
